First Time on radio

Being on the radio feels like being a headliner at a big concert without seeing the audience.

My first time on the radio I had mixed feelings about the outcome. Being an entertainer, I have always preferred being behind the scenes or letting the music speak for me. Having to speak on the radio for the first time was exciting and nerve-wracking at the same time.

Before going on the radio every personality is given time to prep for their show and practice in advance to avoid making mistakes on air. Without the prep time, my first time could have been my last time, I was not as nervous after a few practices.

Each time I go on the radio, it gets easier and I learn better ways to make our show run smoothly.
