Whenever you scroll through social media, I'm sure you will bump into videos of DJs dropping great tracks to a crowd, with a vast array of lights.

From the outside, it seems like the pinnacle of human achievement: travel, wear whatever you want, and play music to big crowds.
Playing at
shows is great, with the big crowds and sound systems. Let me tell you though that touring that heavily can sometimes take a toll on your health.
Travelling and loneliness eventually get to you, I took a long break from touring because my mental health was more important, I was massively unhealthy, I can attest to this being the case for at least 60/70% of the big-name DJs I met.

Touring has its positives too. You get to meet different people from different cultures. Traveling also gives you different perspectives on how to grow your brand. Don’t forget also the perks of staying in beautiful hotels and sightseeing.
